Keep Up and Carry On was created by Far Flung CIC, choreographed by Clair Sargeant and Winona Guy. An Arts Council England funded project and performance exploring themes of burnout and capacity through aerial, dance and theatre. This was performed in The Box, Plymouth, accessible community spaces and Plymouth SEN schools across 2024.
